      The concept "Cut off makrs" is NOT official. It's purely hypothetical. Cut off marks: The specific Mark assumed by experts/candidates/analysts, surpassing which a candidate CAN EXPECT the job. It doesn't mean that ALL the candidates who scored more than the COM will surely get the job! Moreover, COM varies on different parameters, like Reservation category, Open/Female, District(or Zone) etc etc. So, for example, A Open male candidate may have different COM than SC male.
